• Price

  • All prices are final prices in Swiss francs. Price changes and errors are reserved. The prices apply at the time of registration/order.

• Membership

  • Membership, trial class and discovery yoga trial are personal and non-transferable.

  • The validity of the membership is binding. There is no entitlement to a refund for membership that is not or partially used. Membership cannot be canceled.

  • Trial class and yoga discovery trial are not culminating.

• Timetable change

  • If the minimum number of participants (at least one participant) is not reached 4 hours before the beginning of the class (or 12 hours for morning classes), the class will be automatically canceled.

  • Changes in the timetable are reserved and will be communicated as early as possible.

• Registration

  • You are automatically booked for your yoga class​

• Cancellation

  • Morning class' cancellation deadline is 12 hours before the start of the class and will be refund.

  • Late cancellation after cancellation deadline will not be refunded, I appreciate your understanding. 

  • Cancellation via email or mobile phone.

• Impediment

  • In the event of illness, accident or pregnancy, membership can be extended for the duration of the absence upon presentation of a doctor's certificate

• Disclaimer

• It is the responsibility of the participants to consult their doctor before starting the first yoga lesson to determine whether yoga may be practiced.

• In case of changes in the state of health, a possible pregnancy or imminent operations as well as in case of mental difficulties, you inform the yoga teacher before the start of the yoga lesson.

• You are aware that yoga can lead to physical injuries if the exercises are not carried out according to the instructions of the teacher or if one's own resilience and limits are not respected. You accept that the teacher therefore disclaims any responsibility and liability for complaints or injuries of any kind that occur in connection with the attendance of yoga classes.

• You are aware that contact between teacher and student is and can occur as part of yoga lessons. If you do not want to be touched, please let the teacher know.

• The use of the premises and offers of Namaste Yoga Baden is at the participants' own risk. Le Petit Studio Nomade assumes no liability for the valuables brought by the participants.

• The insurance is the sole responsibility of the course participants, any liability is rejected.

• Data Privacy

  • You agree that your data may be stored and used for further information (e.g. newsletter).

• Scope of application of price, terms and conditions

  • My general terms and conditions apply exclusively to all offered services offered. Should individual regulations be or become invalid, the remaining valid. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the legal regulation. 

  • By placing an order, the customer declares his/her agreement with my terms and conditions. Deviating conditions require my written consent.
